The “harana cup”, a PC-based Valorant e-sports tournament, is a one day bracket style open tournament (will be referred to as “Tournament” in this document).
There will be up to 8 teams in the Tournament. Teams will consist of five players, one of whom will be designated captain and will be the main point of contact with the Tournament organizer.

Participants may stream the Tournament, but it will also be streamed by the organizer on Discord for anyone to view. The Tournament will be hosted on the Radiator Springs (Meg’s) Server: https://discord.gg/RxdZRU2H8e
After the matches, Meg/Harana Clothing will post match stats, like winners, MVPs, highest K/D, etc!
Only United States/ Canada-based players are eligible to join the Tournament. The chosen server will be a compromise between the locations of both teams. To qualify for the Tournament, Participants must play on their main Riot account (there are no rank brackets, so either way, smurfing doesn’t matter you silly geese!)

The Tournament prizes are as follows:
- 1st place, each participant will receive:
  - 1x Chainsaw Man hoodie from Harana Clothing
  - 1x Harana Clothing tote bag
  - 1 of each: Sage, Neon, and Viper sticker from Harana Clothing
  - 1x $20 USD Harana Clothing voucher — this can be used and saved for the upcoming Harana Clothing drop 6
  - A “harana cup champion” role in the server
- 2nd place, each participant will receive:
  - 1 of each: Sage, Neon, and Viper sticker from Harana Clothing
  - 1x $10 USD Harana Clothing voucher — this can be used and saved for the upcoming Harana Clothing drop 6
Please note: the prizes are as stated only; Harana Clothing will not pay out the cash value of the prizes as an alternative.

♡ GENERAL RULES

By participating in the harana cup, participants agree to comply with the rules.
Every participant must be respectful towards admins and other participants. Insults and unfair or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will be punished in accordance with these rules.
Every participant must join the Discord server linked above for all communication with the admin.
Harana Clothing/ admin will be allowed to post any clips from the tournament as a recap.

♡ FORMAT + SCHEDULE

The Tournament is a one (1) day bracket style PC tournament consisting of up to eight (8) teams. If less than 8 are accepted, the bracket can be altered based on how many teams sign up.
The Tournament will take place in December 10th, 2023 at 5:00 PM EST. Teams will be required to gather with the admin for check-in and final notes at 4:30 PM EST of the same day. Teams that do not attend the check-in without a valid excuse can be forfeited.
All matches except the Grand Finals will be a best of one. The Grand Finals will be played as a best of three.
All first matches will be randomized. A random number generator (1-8) will be used to separate the teams in the brackets during the beginning of the Tournament.
During the match, announcements of winners and updates will be provided in the Discord server.
